    The New French Cook 9x18cm Stereo Pictures
    Leica Classics
    two corresponding sets of ten original cards in each set, one by Keystone the other one by Underwood and Underwood. In both sets the same tale of a marriage crisis caused by a new French cook is told - the only difference is the decor and the performers. Although some cards are missing (there's 17 in total), this is a wonderful example of the American stereo production around 1900. The connection between the narration in these pictures and early cinema is still waiting for further research
