HP Model 7470A Plotter (OF-1)

Description

This is for A HP Model 7470A Plotter
This is used, plugged in and error light comes on,when
pushing buttons, some do cause the (scanner?) to go right
and left, tried to get paper to go through, it didn't, but
not sure if I was doing it right, selling as parts as I am
not sure it works as it should, comes with power cord,
this comes from a government surplus auction
