Cosmetic Condition
The recorder is in very good cosmetic condition. It has some scuff marks, scratches, and general wear from use.

This is a model 601C recorder. It has a type 60-M chart drive installed. We were unable to find more information about this unit. It can be battery powered, but we do not believe it has a battery installed. From photos we were able to find of similar recorders from Esterline Angus, we believe a battery would normally mount externally.
Included in the listing is the recorder, some new rolls of recorder paper, an accessory kit, and a Newbold Luggage Mfg. case. No other parts or accessories are included.
Testing
We opened the recorder and switched on the chart drive, and surprisingly it still seems to run and advance paper.
We are not familiar with this type of recorder, and were unable to test further.
This is the full extent of the testing performed. We do not have the equipment or expertise necessary to fully test this device. As such, it is being sold as-is. We can only guarantee that the condition is exactly as described.
