When the sensor was in use it was being ran on EagleSoft Dental software. It has been in storage for 2 years after the office switched to Dentrix.
There is a small opening on the cord which is why we bought another sensor and this area of exposed wires is covered with electrical tape and a cord keeper. This is a great deal and should last years if treated with care. Sensor reads when plugged in & prompts setup when plugged into the modem.

If you are worried about the integrity of this device, then you can have it updated by sending it to Patterson.
To download the software on your computer you will need to contact Patterson. Please see the photo above.
For any technical repairs or calibrating you will also need to contact Patterson or a trusted repair company. We cannot guarantee the function or use of this as it has been in storage for over three years.
We have no way of currently testing this sensor because we are now running on Gendex.
